Trying to Age Fearlessly
Dear Friends,
This month marks the four-year anniversary of me meeting my friend Ellen. In that time, she has become both an inspiration and an aspirational figure for me. One of the inspirational things she’s done is create an excellent Substack letter called Aging Fearlessly, where she talks about different facets of aging - from women’s health, to taking care of parents, to sex and power as we grow older.
I’m honored that she asked me to do a guest post on an aging-related topic. So today’s letter—about Paul dyeing his hair for the first time, his feelings about that, and my feelings about his feelings—is over there. Hope you check it out!
